I woke up today with a strong desire for Swiss Roll! I hadn't had it in years! I used to love, love, love this cake when I was little! Such fond memories.So i decided to bake it. It's delicious! Made everyone quite happy.
I think it's a great cake.It's great for tea, nice for dessert accompanied with whipped cream or ice creme and good for kids. It's quite easy to make and there are no fats in it. Just eggs, flour, sugar and whatever filling you wish.
