In the Kitchen - Macarons with bitter sweet chocolate ganache



This was my first time....aaannd...Voilà! It worked! Need I say how delicious these fragrant beauties are...? I obviously have a lot of room for improvement...but not bad for the first time, hah?! I'm soo proud of myself...2 days of preparations and i'm glad it didn't all go to waste! :-)

It took me 3 hours and a half to make this but it was absolutely worth it! Delicious recipie from maestro Sadler. (unfortunately the fotos aren't too good but i figured I'd put them up anyway ; especially after all the hard work!;-)
