In the Kitchen - Meat Samosa

This is one of the all time favorites back home (Kenya)... and everytime I make them here in Italy everyone goes crazy for them! I made them yesterday for a dinner with a couple of friends. Served them, and went back into the kitchen to check on the curry and chapatis. After two minutes or so I came back and there was nothing left! 15 samosas gone! I was happy but I would have loved just another taste after all the hard work! :-D
